Welcome to True Clean Pressure Washing. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
True Clean Pressure Washing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, driveway pressure washing and surface cleaning. Services are performed based on customer requests and property conditions
Estimates and Pricing
- All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of estimate
- Final Pricing may change if conditions differ (ex. heavy buildup, stains, size difference)
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, card, or other approved payment methods
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees
Cancellations & rescheduling
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
- Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee
- Weather conditions may require rescheduling for safety and quality reasons
Property Condition & Risks
By booking our services, you acknowledge:
- Pressure washing may expose pre-existing damage (cracks, loose concrete, weak surfaces)
- We are not responsible for existing damage that becomes visible after cleaning
- Certain Stains (oil, rust, etc.) may not be fully removable
- Results may vary depending on surface conditions and age
Water & Utilites
Customer agrees to provide access to:
- A working water source
- Adequate space to perform services
If accessible is not available, service may be canceled or rescheduled.
Chemicals & Environmental Safety
- We may use professional cleaning solutions ( including sodium hypochlorite)
- All chemicals are used according to industry standards
- Customers must notify use of sensitive areas (plants, pets, surfaces) before service
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- True Clean Pressure Washing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
- We are not responsible for damage caused by: Improper maintenance, Pre-existing conditions, structural issues
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agrees to:
- Remove vehicles, furniture, and obstacles from service areas
- Secure pets and notify us of hazards
- Ensures access to the property
Failure to do so may result in additional charges or rescheduling
Satisfaction Policy
We strive for high-quality results. If you are not satisfied:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service
- We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns
