Refund Policy

True Clean Pressure Washing is committed to providing high-quality exterior cleaning services. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund policy applies:

No Guaranteed Results

While we strive for the best possible outcome, results may vary depending on: 

- Surface condition and age

- Type and severity of stains (oil, rust, etc.)

- Previous damage or wear

We do not guarantee complete stain removal, and this does not qualify for a refund.

No Refunds After Service Completion

Once a service has been completed, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

- Dissatisfaction with results that were explained beforehand

- Stains that could not be fully removed

- Pre-existing damage that becomes visible after cleaning

Service Issues (Re-Clean Policy)

If you are not satisfied with the service:

- You must notify us within 24 hours of completion

- We may offer a free re-clean of the specific area if deemed reasonable

Re-cleans are the only remedy offered, not refunds.

Cancellations & Deposits

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

- Late cancellations may result in a fee

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable

Incomplete or Denied Service

No refunds will be issued if service cannot be completed due to:

- lack of water access

- Obstructions not removed by customer

- Unsafe conditions

- Customer refusal during service

Weather & Rescheduling

Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns. This does not qualify for a refund.

Payment Disputed

By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputed without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may be pursued legally.
